5D/4N YOGYAKARTA HERITAGE EXPLORATION
Day 1 (D) : T/I – Hotel C/I
Pick Up Service at Yogyakarta International Airport. Meet and greet with our guide staff. We take you first to the hotel for check in. Dinner at local restaurant. Back to hotel and Some rest or Free Program,.
Day 2 (B,L,D) : Sultan Palace – Water Castle – Batik and Silver Showroom – Borobudur Temple
Brdeakfast at hotel. Our guide will have beeen already standby waiting for your coming at the hotel lobby since 09.30 AM. On the second day trip, we will take you first to visit the Sultan Palace of Yogyakarta where this place was for the king and all his families staying. Sultan Palace is the most historitical palace as well as the symbol of Yogyakarta City. Then, the trip will be continued to Water Castle. This place was a swimming pool for the king and all of his families for having fun and spent their weekend together. It is located the sultan palace complex. Lunch will be provided at the local restaurant near to Sultan Palace. From this place, trip will be proceeded to the centre of handicraft industry in Yogyakarta. There are two famous handicraft industries here, the first is Batik (Hand-woven) industry and the second is Silver Crafts Industry. We take you first to visit the manufacture of Batik Industry at Tirtodipuran Area. it is about 3 km from the down town. Here you can see the real process of batik production and visit the showroom. Then…., we take you to Kota Gede Area where the Centre of Silver Craft Industry is here. You also can see about the production process of silver become many kinds of jewellery and silver handicraft as well as we visit the showroom. Proceed to “Borobudur Temple ”. This is Buddhist temple and the biggest temple in the world and also one of the seven world’s miracles. It is located at the north of Yogyakarta and about 65 km away from the down town. The local guide is provided there who can explain you very detail about this temple. Please take your time in this place. Before taking you back to the hotel. we will stop over at local restaurant for having dinner. Trip today will end by dropping you at the hotel for taking a rest.
Day 3 (B,L,D) : Merapi View - Malioboro Sight Seing – Sunset Parangtritis Beach
The tour on the third day will be started at 09:00 AM after having breakfast at the hotel. Today, your trip will be started by visiting Ketep Pass Area for Merapi View “ one of most active volcano in the world”. Then, Trip will be proceed to Malioboro Street as the main street in Yogyakarta (0 Km). Here, you can do your evening sightseeing of yogyakarta city by take a walk, take horse ride or by tricycles (personal account). Please take your time in this place. After having lunch, trip is continued to the south of yogyakarta by visiting Parangtritis Beach. It is one of beautiful beach in the world with white sand and big waves on the sea. This beach is known with a legend of the Queen of Beach South who is acting as the guard of its beach. Before taking you back to the hotel, we will stop over at local restaurant for having dinner. Please prepare your self at 09:00 AM (after breakfast) for starting the trip on the next day
Day 4 (B,L,D) : Solo City Tour - Mankunegaran and Kasunanan Palace Solo – Radya Pustaka Museum – Triwindu Antique Market Solo – Klewer Traditional Market – Prambanan Temple.
After having breakfast at around 09:00 AM, our guide will be ready to take your next trip. We will make a tour to the outside of the Yogyakarta by visiting Surakarta City or most popular as Solo City. The city is located about 60 Km away to east of Yogyakarta. Solo is also the centre of Javanese culture and here we can visit some tourist object destination. However, on the way to Solo city, we will stop over first at Prambanan Temple, another famous temple in Yogyakarta as well as in Indonesia. It is a Hindus Temple and also called a thousand statues temples due to there are so many Hindus statues are lying down on the temples complex. It is located at about 10 km away to the east part of down town and near to the border of the Yogyakarta Province and Central Java Province. Lunch will be provided at local restaurant that is still in complex of Prambanan Temple. From here, trip is continued again. Once we get at Solo city, the first place we visit are Mangkunegaran Palace and Kasunanan Palace. Those palaces were for a king and his assistant stayed as well as their families. The building has an unique and old architecture from Dutch with mix combination Javanese culture design. From there, we will visit the Museum of Radya Pustaka where we can see many collections of the Mangkunegaran Kings Properties and others collection of the kingdom. Then, we will also visit “Triwindu Antique Marker”, the traditional antique market at the side of the solo city where all kind of antiques things such lamp, furniture, antiques machine, etc. are available there at a cheap price. Trip at solo is ended and proceed to go back to Yogyakarta. Dinner is provided at a local restaurant before we drop you at the hotel.
Day 5 (B) : Hotel C/O – T/O
After having a breakfast and check out from the hotel, at 09:00 AM, our guide will take your last day in Yogyakarta by visiting a centre of Yogyakarta original snack as souvenir at Patuk Area. Then....We will take you to the hotel or to the Airport for flying to your next destination. See you on the next trip with us.
