RINJANI MOUNTAIN HISTORY

The adventure and challenging mascott in Lombok Island is Rinjani Mountain, it is 3726 M high from sea level and become one of many mountain in Indonesia, the hikers can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lombok Island and surrounding from many direction especially Rinjani area like Segara Anak lake and Baru Jari Mountain.

The south way is a new opening way to hiking expedition to Rinjani Mountain after the opening the south way, in fact many hikers interest to climb Rinjani from south wall. The hikers who often climb from north wall, they can compare between north wall and south wall.

Generally the vegetation forest in north and south are not different. The different it self is the beautiful scenery. The hikers will enjoy Segara Anak lake with open view, also the scenery of Baru Jari Mountain. From south wall Baru Jari Mountain look closely. Another differences from south way is the way. Is look slightly and covered by forest rather than the north. Through the south way, the water available is enough the new hikers or mass hikers get many advantages when they look Segara Anak lake from south way.
